Choices in the app

Rights requests
For data we hold about you—account, purchase and uploaded content—you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold and give you a copy (access / right to know);
- export it in a portable format;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to certain processing.
Email privacy@demotake.my (not yet live) from the address on your account. Once accounts launch, you'll also be able to export and delete your data from the account privacy center. You can use an authorised agent where the law allows it.
We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of—but you're welcome to send an opt-out request and we'll confirm it.
Global Privacy Control
Where applicable, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser. Because this website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, the signal doesn't change what you see here.
Verification & timing
We'll verify requests by confirming control of the email address on the account. We respond within one month under the GDPR (extendable by two months for complex requests) and within 45 days under California law. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
